Spring break has been a pretty choice time so far. Minus the lack of erika and sara. I got lots of birthday money bills and i spent it all on cds. But that is okay, because i just got lots more tonight for babysitting kids. Got that new modest mouse and it is off the railings.
Abby and i were sitting in my car listening to it and i pushed in the cigarette lighter and everything kind of died. So i started the car again, but the cd player wouldn't give me my cd back. So now it is being held hostage. I'm pissed because i just got it and it is really delicious.

i woke up this morning and the first thing i thought was that it was going to be a good day. It was sunny outside, everything seemed good.
so i went downstairs and got myself some food. I went to go eat it in the family room and i saw that my fish had died. This wasn't just any fish either, I've had this fish since i was in the third grade. His name was fatso.
a while later, after mourning, i went upstairs to my room to see that one of the kiddens threw up on my carpet. I don't know which one it was because both jack and floyd were sitting on my bed, blinking mischievously.
i decided to dye my hair. this is nothing out of the ordinary, i do it all the time with no difficulty, but today something went a wry. i noticed that it was burning a little more than usual, but i didn't think much of it. I got into the shower and rinsed everything out and when i got out i had hives everywhere. Every inch of my body was covered in a hot, itching rash. It was like a full body STD. This has never happened before. and to top it off, i looked in the mirror and saw that my ears were swollen. seriously, eight times bigger than their normal size. How this happened, i have no idea...
Something really good better happen today.

i've recently been thinking about going to college.
i want to go to columbia college chicago more than anything, it is my perfect school. but it's so expensive and i have to take a year of required classes at delta first, so says my mom. and even after that- if i don't get a huge scholarship i probably won't be able to afford it. i don't know what i want to do... i just want to leave saginaw and i don't want to have to wait three years. i've thought about dual enrollment... and trying to get those required classes in before i graduate high school, but my mom thinks it would be too hard for me. so i guess the best i can do is get a job and save all of my money, do tons of extra-curricular activities, apply for any/all scholarships, and look further into dual enrollment... but i don't think that will be enough.
i'm just sick of everything right now.

today will go down as one of the funniest in Language Arts history.
My weekend was fun. On friday night Abby and i went to the SASA dance which was so horribly lame that it turned around and was actually really fun. We just acted like fools the whole time and laughed at everyone who was taking themselves seriously. Afterwards i finally got to see Rob, but only for a little while. It was a good little while, though.
Valentines day, did nothing.
Yesterday my siblings came home and it was really fun. I love them so much. Then Kate dyed my hair and it is currently dark purple. Grape jolly rancher, maybe. I think i like it. Then i went to the red eye to see andrew play again. I sat with many people. It was a really nice time.
I was supposed to go on an adventure with Ryan today, but i forgot it was my pops' birthday.
tomorrow i go to ann arbor. to the michigan theater. to see rufus for the second time in 3 months. !!!
oh, new icon, though pre-purple hair.

I am going to become a fucking spoiled brat if i don't watch out. I have recently acquired the following:
1) a car (i don't know how to drive a stick yet, i don't have my license and technically it isn't mine, but i'll be able to use it all the time.)
2) a tv and dvd player in my room
3) a cell phone (i don't know why i need one)
4) tickets to go see rufus
all of which i didn't pay for. i never get stuff, ever.
yes i am going to see rufus wainwright again. my mom surprised me, dan, paul and kate with tickets to go see him on the 17th.
on friday night abby's grandparents had a massive fish fry in their garage. so many people were there and it was a good time. after that we went to abby's and played dance dance revolution with all the kids. then abby, nathan and erika came to my house for a while. yesterday i hung out with abby, sara and alex. got new shoes. abby and i ended up at her house very early and it was fun to just hang out, her and i, like homegirls should every now and then. i lied to my dad and said that abby was going to church so that he would let me spend the night. i woke up early this morning and played dance dance revolution with abby's little brother for a long time. i'm obsessed. i came home and lazed for a while. then i went to see andrew play at the red eye. he did so good, and when he was playing an ani difranco song, he looked at me and smiled and it was really sad. Tara was there. i talked to her and it was nice. My brother was there also and i sat with him and we laughed about stuff. i love my brother a lot.
justin timberlake was just on the grammy's.
oh, and my stupid short hair is slowly growing on me... but the woman who cut it is still a fucking slut.

yes. well, the first week of my christmas break was spent being deathly ill. ifluenza is a piece of shit gone awry. it made it so that i was not able to attend kid brother collectives last show. i was so sick, in fact that my brother had to carry me to the living room on christmas day. sad, yes. my holiday was not too exciting. my mom always tends to get me stuff i don't much enjoy, though i did get some good stuff. (shoplifters of the world unite on vinyl)
all my friends got me real beat ass gifts, too. catherine is here and it's been loads of fun hangin' with her and the gang, she leaves tomorrow. today i'm supposed to go on a sexy trip with cath, ab, and sara, whom i haven't seen in a grip.5 i miss her. on new years eve ab is having a dinner party... you all should make an appearence because it will be off the railings for sure.
i'm bout to hit the shower. have a nice rest of break, er'ybody.

yesterday at 4:12 paul, deena and i set off to see rufus.
we ended up in detroit at 6:30 and the show started at 6. we got inside st. andrews and no one was playing yet. finally martha got on stage to open the show. she has such a beautiful voice, i'd never heard her sing before. she's real good.
so finally after a long wait rufus and the band came on stage and it was beautiful. when he sat at the piano i could only see his head because i'm small but when he stood up to play the guitar i could see him from the waist up. he opened with i don't know what it is. he was real vocal inbetween every song and he would sometimes stop in the middle of a song to say something. he's really funny and just too cute. the majority of the songs he played were from want one which was good but i wanted him to play some more of the older stuff so that i could really sing loud.
at the beginning of the show he said want two was going to win a grammy but then after a while he decided it was going to win an oscar. then he said "fuck the grammy's i'm going for the nobel peace prize."
when he played oh, what a world he told us to think of the wizard oz. "think poppies.. think poppies..." and at the end of the some everyone on stage lifted their arms to the heavens and began to melt. it was HOT.
before one song he played he said that he wanted to play it for his grammy performance and maybe do it with jack white. he also said he'd let him fuck him. i lost all control then. before another one of his songs he said that he had written it for a straight guy, who after he wrote it for him...they had sex. then he said "his name was jack white" he played us a new song that is going to be on want two called gay messiah. it was really good... i can't wait for want two to come out. the last song he played was in french and he sang with his sister.. it was really beautiful. then the lights turned on and we had to go back out into the cold and drive home.
we got home really late last night and i didn't go to my morning classes. i walked to school and just went to lunch and then to sasa.
i can't stop thinking about the show because everything about it was just wonderful. it was the best show i've ever seen and it was so perfect with paul standing behind me singing and harmonizing with him... perfect.
where is my master rebel prince?

I've decided that i spend entirely too much time on the internet and i'm going to cut back. i am going to spend my time doing something more meritable so it may be a little more diffucult to get a hold of me.
